Nothing to complain about. Everything went well. The accommodations were outstanding. Everyone was friendly. We were just passing through on our way to Ukraine, but after staying here, we want to come back and do the tourist thing in Krakow. And it's very close to the bus and train station.

This is a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were always on hand and very helpful. You will not get a better location, if its the galleria for shopping, the square for dinning, it is perfect. The restaurants in the surrounding area are plentiful. Do not miss the opportunity.

This was the nicest staff I have met anywhere. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. They were so friendly and helpful. This includes the front office, housekeepers, and restaurant. I felt safe on the premises and appreciated that all questions were welcomed. I felt I formed when they assisted me with tours and opportunities. I was also able to enjoy a lovely view from my balcony of the garden and children’s park. I walked to the main square, Jewish section, and meeting points for my tours from this convenient location. This is a great hotel for women, families, and solo travelers.

The hotel and the room was incredibly clean. My only negative comment was the room itself, considering I booked a deluxe room, my room had no windows except a skylight, which was misleading from the room photos online and disappointing. It affected my experience not being able to look out. And with the sun coming up so early at 5:15am, having skylights that you can’t cover was awful. I spent 3 nights like that. Otherwise it is still a nice hotel in general.

Wunderbares Hotel, renoviertes Gebäude, tolles Upgrade auf Delux haben wir uns geleistet. Sehr geräumig, Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist die historische Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Krakau werden wir sicher nächstes Mal mit dem Zug bereisen. Und auch das M4 Boutique Hotel wieder buchen. M4 Boutique Hotel kann man wärmstens empfehlen

Very disappointed over the room. I booked and paid for a Deluxe room for three days but it was more likely a double standard room. Made me feel tricked! See pictures. If you look at presentation of deluxe room at their site there is definitely a big window and a balcony. Nothing of that was in my room. Only windows in roof. Breakfast was ok, no omelette The staff in reception who made me welcome and help through check in ( almost self service) was very professional and kind. Gave me some good tips for what to do in town. The room and hotel was clean AC worked good The hotell is situated next ( 100m) to a train station. So there are noise from train sometimes until midnight at least. Good thing is that it’s near to take the train. Situated 5 min walk from old town, 10 min walk from Jewish quarter and 10 min walk to castle. Big trailstation 2 min walk So sum upp it’s a ok hotell with great staff but if you pay for a type of room don’t be sure that you get what the presentation look like!
