We enjoyed our stay at the Carolinian. It was clean and well kept up. The staff were friendly. There was no issue with the parking. And the daily breakfast buffet was an excellent perk given to guests.

Whole floor we were on smelled terrible. , staff was nice, breakfast tasted like it was five days, kids enjoyed the pool. Need better lighting in the parking garage that you have to walk to doesn’t feel safe to walk through at night

The Breakfast was the cherry on top.. Didn't get to get in the pool because it was very windy and chilly, but I seen a lot of people in the pool.. The place was clean and I enjoyed the free DVD rentals and I used the discount tickets to ask the Attractions.

Room very clean, bed comortable, good shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in bathroom, room quiet, staff very friendly and helpful, pools, hot tub & lazy river are well maintained. No daily housekeeping. Parking was across the street from the hotel about 1/2 block away. Nice breakfast buffet at resturant across the street from the hotel. Our biggest problem was gaining entry to our room. They were using a 10 digit lock that was very challenging to use. It took 2 days to finally open the room without assistance. They are installing new door locks after we left. I would stay here again.

It was overpriced for the lack of comfort and ease of access. Ten digit to get into the rooms. Parking garage is not an on site and needs and 4 digit code to use it. Rooms were just dingy and very hollow walls. Would not recommend spending that amount of money for staying there even 1 night. Beds had sags in them where they were wore out. Everything just wore out.

The Beach view was great! Hot water control for the shower in my room 307 was connected in reverse! I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water to take a shower! When I went to the front desk about hot no hot water , I was told that the water connection may be in reverse. Sure enough it was, so I had to turn the knob from hot to cold to not get burned by the very hot water! The breakfast was included with my stay. There was a voucher for the restaurant who served the breakfast across the street! I forgot my backpack in the room after checking out! The Person cleaning the room turned it in to the front desk! About 4 hours later I received a call saying that I forgot my backpack! So I drove 2 1/2 hours back to retrieve it! My IPad and everything was in there!

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and yes they offer free breakfast at a restaurant across the street. Take advantage of that but hopefully that restaurant will step it up. Their eggs aren't as hot as they should have been because by the time you get them to your table after visiting the buffet, they're cold. But the rest of it the grits, bacon & fruit. Delicious. We had a couple of favored people who really stepped up with service the waitress Jen and the hostess I think she said her name was Beth? Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 11am but they start breaking the buffet down at 10:30, just don't be any later than 10: 15am Also when it comes to parking go in person to PAY location on 9th just down from the board walk, and get a pass. Being over 60 to park in the parking deck was just too much walking. We paid $50 for 5 days totally worth it. It also gave us free parking at the city meters. We wanted to stay 2 additional days but I couldn't reach Hotels.com I left a message but no one called back. So if you book through Hotels.com be sure to definitely know how long you desire to stay. It's not something you can change. At Carolinian beach resort their whole grounds were well kept and we really enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping was great too! Debra was very welcoming at check in. At check out was Keisha also very polite and wished us safe travels going home. 😇 Thank you Carolinian Beach Resort at Myrtle Beach South Carolina!
