If you can stay here do so. It’s like a mini apartment but a hotel. I saved a lot of money not buying Ubers because you’re right by canal street, and the French quarter.

Great location definitely recommend staying here walking distance and Ubers range from $5-$9 clean building and room was really nice only thing I would say is the room light doesn’t get so bright but wasn’t a problem for us and also they didn’t have any little bathing towels so we bought our own . Parking on street was good definitely would stay here again !

Great location for the cost. The suite itself is extremely nice. Only critique is that the entry way smelled a little bit like cigarette smoke. The overall building could use access to an outdoor space. On Hotels.com, it shows an outdoor space for the building but it is not accessible by paid guests, just the property owners. I would definitely stay again for the suite and the value.

We had some trouble with our unit access code when we arrived. The after hours call line (at 4am) was extremely helpful and fixed the problem. The unit was clean and spacious, with a luxe feel. Enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again!

No staff onsite, but was not an issue. No parking or valet so you have to park for public parking. But the room was amazing. Did find a band-Aid on the floor in bathroom behind the door, but everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Connecting with the Black Swan management staff for my stay at the luzianne was a bit difficult. Texting doesn't work and the number available just rings. However the apartment was beautiful. Linens and towels were great. Wish the towel rack by the sink and the toilet paper holder weren't ripped out of the walls- like come on guys you need to fix that! Great location for the Convention center and easy to get a few things from local markets as needed. Overall I'd probably look to stay at this type of short term stay over a hotel for my next business trip.

It was a 10 out of 10. It was aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and clean. The neighborhood was nice and had convenient casual sit down eateries. The location was very convenient walking distance 30min or less to downtown landmarks - Bourbon, Canal, Ceasars, etc,). The property owners instructions were clear and they were responsive when needed. I will definitely recommend to anyone that says they are going to New Orleans.

Property as described. Pay attention to your email as there is not a staffed lobby. These apartments are accessed through a code that you obtain via email. Everything you need in apartment. Air Conditioning great, mattress comfortable and very close to everything downtown. Definitely recommend especially if you like a more local feel vs. a big hotel.

Condo was clean. We had an issue with the smart lock and they were helpful and quick to respond. The air conditioning was cold and perfect for the summer heat. Did not utilize parking but there was plenty of street parking right outside the condo. Plumbing was not great. Toilet were very slow to flush and shower heads were not good. The lighting in the bedroom could be better. The can lights did not give off a lot of light. The sofa could use a cleaning but it didn't smell bad just needs a refresh

Room smelt really bad when we checked in. The floors and counters were really sticky and looked like they went in and swept really fast. The coach was also dirty with stains. When I tried to contact someone no would reach out to me. I finally got a response the next day at 12pm. Then they told me to get paper towels and cleaning supplies to clean myself. We would not be staying here again. As I travel for work. The plus side was a quiet area and bed was comfy and pillows. Also washer worked and dryer but had to provide my Owen laundry detergent.

Great location and a very nice building overall. Unfortunately, we did experience a few issues during our stay. We had trouble getting into the apartment at check-in because the access code provided did not work. It took about 20 minutes to reach someone by phone and get the issue resolved. During our two-night stay, we had two rodent sightings inside the room, which was obviously concerning and disappointing. I did respond to a follow-up survey from the property owner or manager. While they were apologetic, the response felt somewhat automated, and I would have appreciated a more personal follow-up given the circumstances.

Upon arrival it was a little frustrating and an inconvenience when the code was not sent after check in and registration. So after a long drive and night out before turning in, we were unable to get into the unit. Standing in the hall for about 45 min to an hour was unacceptable while trying to reach a live person that was able to help. After a long attempt we finally got into the unit. The place was clean, and nice, but for the amount paid that incident left a bad taste in our mouths when someone dropped the ball. Also parking was horrible. Tried charging $400+ for monthly parking when we were only there for 2 days. Parking should be included with the rental fee. That’s crazy.
