Descent mid range hotel
Location is a plus point. Though not many F&B options in close vicinity. Reception staff is top class - some names I remember - Mark, Neeraj & John. Room service may need some training. I ordered dinner in room and had card on file - but they insisted to collect payment on spot by cash/card instead of settling on room.

Smoking Hotel
Well initially, I was in a smoking room even though I asked for a non-smoking room. Personally I don't like the smell of the smoking rooms. the Hotel has to pay attention to this issue.
