The accommodation itself was nice.
looks like photos, and is close to attractions.
I tried to contact the property weeks before leaving to arrange both early check-in, as I arrived at midday, and check-in, which is from 1500, and also transport to and from the airport, it is offered at a extra cost via room. I sent multiple emails and tried to call the number shown on "contact property" but never got a reply.
There was no way to contact the property when we arrived, but as it stated that the wellness centre was "on site", we went along to the address to ask.
The property is well away from any sort of wellness centre, but we did catch the cleaner when we arrived and asked her to call the property manager, which she did.
It was all done via text, as no English was spoken, and Google Translate was used to communicate.
We managed to get in a little early but were told that you have to book 10 days in advance and pay if services in the wellness centre are to be used. I explained I had sent the request but was unanswered.
Once inside, we found a dirty mop by the door, dirty wine glasses in the cupboard, and no instruction on how to log into Wifi, how to use the espresso machine, the drip tray full of old coffee and no water pressure or hot water.
The breakfast that was inclusive was just a few sponge cakes, two small cartons of fruit juice and two pomagranets?
complained but no follow up and no offer of alt accom, washed in sink and boiled water.
