Close to Hershey at a bargain price. Basic essentials in a room. Management was very understanding and flexible for late night sign in and late check out. Perfect if you need an affordable place to stay and don't need luxury accomodations.

The room was clean, large and nice! Staff courteous. There were no lights outside of the overheads (lo lamps, etc.) and only one small trash can. In the morning when we had to leave there was no staff or key drop box. We eventually talked to staff and had to leave the keys in the room.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean and the two staff persons were very kind. My understanding of the history of the property shows that there is much renovation and updating There was a sewer smell after running the shower water. Suspect the sewer trap was dry. The room itself was very minimal. One side table and a TV. No lamps, no wall decorations, one single overhead lamp. I think with time, the owners will be able to continue upgrades.

By far the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. They offer complimentary beverages at check in, coffee in the morning. Prime location to Hershey park and stadium, yet in a quiet area. Will definitely stay here again.

This website won't allow me to leave the full review, so I left one on Google. In short: 1. the check-in process was unprofessional; 2. the room was barren and not accurate compared to photos; 3. hair was plastered on the wall of the shower, dead bugs were in the corners, and we weren't given enough towels; 4. I woke up to a bed bug crawling on my arm; 5. the staff did not care whatsoever about the bed bug even after being offered photos and explaining what the bug looked like. Wildly disappointed and I'm baffled as to why this hotel has a largely positive rating. My work generally takes me through largely rural areas where I've even stayed in barns. I do NOT have outrageous expectations. However, this was a stunningly awful stay.

We only needed a place to sleep for one night and this motel served the purpose. The room was clean and comfortable. It is a very stripped down motel, so no amenities, but we didn't need them and wouldn't have used them. We arrived very late and the staff made sure we could check into our room.

We stayed here one night going to a concert at the Hollywood Casino. There's no refrigerator or microwave, not a big deal for a one night stay but if you're stay was extended that would definitely be helpful. Also I expected that there would be coffee in the lobby the following morning but there was not, so we checked out and went to a restaurant for breakfast. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly, we will definitely stay here again if we go to another concert up that way.
