总体不错的公寓
总体体验很不错，套房面积很大，设施齐全，靠海的一侧能看到海景，远眺帆船酒店，停车场免费车位也多。只是办理办理入住手续时需要邮件发预定单，这点让人觉得麻烦。

A bad experience, Waht I booked were a delux apartment with one king bed room for two night stays, but unfortunally the first night was double beds in a room room they made these combined to a bed. After I complained, they agreed to shift to another apartment having a king bed room for second night, but more terrible it was, the noise supposed making by mechine running in 24hurs make me couldn't sleep all the night.

High quality service apartment in Dubai
The apartment is spacious and suitable for family. The location is perfect for very close to metro and supermarket. The service is excellent which includes providing large bottle of drinking water and shuttle bus to various location. I enjoyed very much with my family there.

Great location and staff, room needs update
The staff were friendly and helpful but the room needs a serious upgrade. It would have been helpful if i was informed that i need to turn on the heater 10 minutes before using the shower. I had to figure out what was wrong until i found a heater switch outside the bathroom. Also the switch cover kept falling off. Breakfast was ok but wish there were more variations since i had almost the same menu for 7 days of my stay. The location is great with marts nearby and a metro just a few minutes walk away. No restaurants but you could go to dubai mall which is just one stop away.

Disappointed with my stay here. There was an issue with my booking when I had booked for 3 adults but expedia send me booking for 2 adults only. I called the hotel and told them and they said to me that was fine and no extra charges was mentioned. I had stayed with them on the 29th of September and we mentioned our booking for the 23rd to 29th of October with 3 adults and were told it was all good. When we arrived on the 23rd the reception said the booking was for 2 only and we had to pay extra 150 aed per night for an extra bed which wasnt mentioned before. After a lot of discussion we were finally allowed to check in even though we had paid the full amount 6 days in advance. The guy at the reception refused to give us an extra bed and was not nice. The porter mentioned the sofa bed to us and told housekeeping to gave us extra blankets. We used the sofa bed which I’m sure had bed bugs us I was bitten terribly by something. Also the plumbing on the toilets were terrible it kept blocking mention to reception twice but no improvement. I had stayed at this same hotel in 2019 and my experience was better than it was this time. The porters are very helpful but that is the only positive I found.

Es realmente un hotel con departamentos como hospedaje. Yo pensé que nos recibiría un portero del edificio y ya, pero no. Al entrar está todo un equipo de recibimiento en recepción y personal que sube tus maletas. Un lugar increible y cerca de las atracciones. Teniamos varios balcones en el apartamento con vista al Burj Khalifa.
