This location was convenient, room was clean and staff was excellent! Breakfast was as expected, we were able to eat enough to hold us through until midafternoon. Don’t arrive too late for your check-in. There is always someone there. But you may have to park behind the hotel next door. Nonetheless, I’d stay again.

At check-in , the front desk clerk was curt and didn’t provide a welcoming environment. The second to last day of my stay, I requested for my room to have clean towels and to be cleaned. Upon arrival back at the hotel later that night, I discovered my room had not been cleaned or provided clean towels as requested. I had to provide my own hand washing soap, because the container was empty in the room. Other than the above mentioned items, my stay was ok.

Love Love the atmosphere and rooms at Tru. The lobby is like a nice coffee shop, comfortable and cozy. Rooms are spotless, contemporary and comfortable. One thing I noticed at this location was overflowing trash cans everywhere. This needed attention. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Perfect spot to stop and get a nice rest on our vacation road trip! Super clean throughout the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and extremely friendly! I will stay at a TRU again.

Check-in was easy and Kenetra was very helpful with information of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and stayed on top of keeping everything filled and fresh. Hotel and room were clean. Love the pool table in the lobby. My son and husband enjoyed playing a few games before we headed out.

The property was new. But very well kept. It’s convenient to the interstate, lots of places to eat and entertainment. The staff was very friendly when we checked in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Me and my wife enjoyed everything about our stay.
