It is a clean nice hotel to stay at. Breakfast was great! I just dont like minimalist hotels, meaning it looks really trendy. But my stay was good

The staff was amazing. They showed us two different rooms for us to choose from and when we had an emergency and had to leave early, they were more than accommodating to help us get out early and to do whatever refunds were owed.

Very nice property and it was so comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff. I asked for a pack and play for my two year old and they delivered it to my room right away. Very satisfied.

This hotel is new and clean!! 2024 build and well maintained. Modern look, bright and inviting. The only negative comment is that there is no laundry facility. Otherwise everything else is great.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were expecting a good experience since this hotel had been open for about 6 months. We were not disappointed. This is a beautiful hotel with a modern feel. The rooms seem to be a little smaller than normal, but all the basics are covered. Our rooms seem was on the interstate side of the hotel. We left our ac fan on all the time to coverup the car noise. This worked well for us and was not a problem. The bed slept well. The pillows are thin for my liking. Breakfast was good (with pancakes). This hotel was located near convention, and we spent three nights here. We would certainly stay here again.

We were Traveling and stayed one night. Didn’t want to stay in Jackson. Nice area. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, everyone spoke to you that walked by. Access to a lot of restaurants, etc. Beds were comfortable, Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel!

This location was convenient, room was clean and staff was excellent! Breakfast was as expected, we were able to eat enough to hold us through until midafternoon. Don’t arrive too late for your check-in. There is always someone there. But you may have to park behind the hotel next door. Nonetheless, I’d stay again.

The location was convenient for or family. The staff was informative and helpful. The breakfast was good. The parking lot was easy to pull in and out even with a larger vehicle.

Love Love the atmosphere and rooms at Tru. The lobby is like a nice coffee shop, comfortable and cozy. Rooms are spotless, contemporary and comfortable. One thing I noticed at this location was overflowing trash cans everywhere. This needed attention. Otherwise, a perfect stay.
