Terrible stay. The room we stayed in was not fully remodeled with cracks in the walls, and roof (where roaches kept coming out of). As soon as we walked into the room we had to ask for new sheets because the ones on the bed were completely stained. We called the front desk and they sent the janitorial crew to change them. The cleaning crew kept complaining that management sent out sheets, and the place they got sent out to stained all of the sheets they had. They finally located brand new ones, and used those on the bed. The hotel room was completely infested with roaches to the point were we had to block the drains in the bathrooms with toilet paper, and block the bathroom door to keep them contained. The room still had decorations from a previous party on the roof, and small brow stains all over the bathroom walls. The entire night someone's car alarm kept blaring every hour on the hour, and finally stopped around 3 in the morning.

Honestly, this was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I was booked here for work due to budget, and it was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. The room reeked of cleaner, clearly masking something worse. The bathroom smelled like sewage, had no hot water, a clogged sink, holes in the wall, and a loose fixture. The tub and floor were black-stained and filthy. The bed sheets were heavily stained, the door had large gaps with broken/non-functioning locks, and it felt unsafe. I reported issues immediately—nothing was fixed. I even had to buy my own bedding. Then came the cockroaches—multiple, including babies. I asked for the room to be cleaned while I was out; nothing was done. Maintenance eventually sprayed chemicals while I was in the room, leaving me unable to breathe, and threw dead roaches into my trash without emptying it. Staff’s “solution” was handing me air freshener. I was promised a refund, which was later reduced to $30. One employee even offered cash from his wallet—completely unprofessional. This was beyond unacceptable. Do NOT stay here.

Hotel doesn’t look the same as the photos, looks more like a motel had roaches and the security on the door was broken, it’s cheap so maybe that’s why it was in bad conditions wouldn’t recommend staying here, all though staff was very nice.

So when we say this room is basic, we mean basic. Check in was okay, altgough they bury the lead about the $100 refundable deposit on the site (looking at you, Hotels.com). Air conditioner was amazing and kept us pleasantly refrigerated. The area is a little sketchy. We had a lovely view of the dilapidated house next door, the pool was devoid of water but filled with hotel furniture. Our mattress was overly firm, not enough pillows or towels. Not a bad stay, given we were doing other things this weekend, but definitely not a leisurely stay.

The room had a lingering cigarette smell. Had to ask the front desk for assistance, change rooms or have some air freshener to use. Ended up sleeping with the window open which wasn’t the best thing because now the room got loud from all the traffic and movement in the hallway.

The property & room were clean & there were specific rooms for my service dog. Parking was somewhat crowded but adequate. The room was sparse but clean The heating/air conditioner & bed were outstanding. The staff was wonderful & are obviously working to modernize the facility.

The room was dirty. Cigarette ashes on bed there was hair on the walls. Everything was filthy. We were not able to stay. We left immediately. The location felt very unsafe. The security latch on the door was broken. It was toilet paper in the peeping hole of the door. There was tape on the curtains. Everything just seemed very unsettling, dirty, and unsafe.

Starting with the property. It’s Ghetto as hell and not very safe. The room we were originally given reeked of cigarettes even though they made a big deal of no smoking. The beds were stripped no blankets and the bathroom was disgusting. The room Was NOT cleaned. I requested a new room which they provided us free of charge obviously it was a slight downgrade from what we booked, and that room was a little bit cleaner since there was an event in town. It was kind of difficult for us to back out and find a different place to spend the weekend overall, I would never book here again and I don’t suggest anyone else books here unless you’re in a desperate situation if I could give us zero stars I absolutely
