The staff at the front desk was very helpful with both storing our vehicle for a few days while on a trip and lining up a shuttle to the airport the following morning. The room stayed cool all night. It was quiet so we got a good nights sleep before having a long travel day the following day. Easy access to the airport.

The staff were so kind and amazing! My son forgot his glasses in our room and we live out of state. The front desk woman immediately went and looked through the room, found them and mailed them out to us the next day. She was so kind and helpful and understanding.

14dm day stay. Room never cleaned....inquired about it. "We only clean it if you request it...so.....not to disturb you" So I paid roughly $100.a night to clean my own room, take out my own trash, and wash my own linens. I travel a great deal for work, as do virtually everyone I work with. I will be mentioning this to anyone that happens to ask about lodging in Boise ID.

If you have any disabilities… don’t stay here! No elevator. I had to have a friend carry my large suitcase up a flight and a half stairs. The walls needed painting.. a lot of scratches… furniture was really chipped and scarred up. Bed was comfortable and shower worked good. Not any even a packaged roll for breakfast…. I probably will not stay again.

The hotel was very clean, however the carpets were stained beyond what could be reasonably mitigated. The faucet in our bathroom provided only hot water. The coffee and hot water dispensers in the lobby weren’t regularly tended to, so we didn’t have the option of getting a drink before our early flight. The staff was very friendly and prompt, including the wonderful shuttle driver who handled our bags at 5 am with great courtesy and care.
