Hotel was fully booked when we arrived, some mistake maybe because of Expedia or hotels.com. That should not be my problem to find out whose problem it is. It was us, a family of 4 who could not trust the booking system. However mistakes can happen, not the end of the world. However it took more then 4 days to speak to someone to start looking into refunding the stay. The hotel was contacted on a daily basis but never replied. Be careful when booking, make sure they really have a room.
