A true oasis in the desert....so to speak. Very safe, perfectly comfortable, clean, great Air Conditioning in my room, good selection of TV channels, friendly and helpful staff, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

For a new hotel that just recently opened. Amazing staff everyone is just nice. You couldnt ask for a better staff. I will return next year.

Service is amazing. Great staff. Extremely comfortable stay. Choose here if you want to be in thw middle of town and well looked after. Breakfast selection needs improving. But the room service food is awesome. I will be returning here

Rooms are clean and top notch. Breakfast was simple, hot, and nice. A mix of local dishes and North American food. The staff is simply the best. So polite and went out of their way for every request. Sharon is a great ambassador for the hotel. He made our stay so easy. The hotel is in a great location, new and stylish, with a lobby bar, walkable to the Sea Wall as well We can’t thank you all enough!

Todos bien hasta la salida cuando la Sra al escritorio dijo que no pago por mi cuarto. Yo dije que page en linea y en tiempo solucionamos esta situacion, pero ella no fue amigable en la manera que quedo todos.

La huesped tuvo que salir antes del dia acordado, y no concedieron el reembolso de los dias que se libero la habitacion. En la estadia de la huesped aseguraron que si lo harian, y al salir, notificaron que no seria posible

Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing.

Nice facility. However lacked amenities such as wash cloths which are normal in most hotels. Guests were given a tutorial on regulating the heating and cooling system by an ‘engineer’ with limited English proficiency which was common among other staff. Discrepancies in quoted price to that charged. Breakfast lacked variety and no gym and television .. growing pains ?
