Super de bel hôtel! Tout neuf ! Seulement 7 mois depuis l’ouverture! L’insonorisation des chambres est incroyable! Les avions passent tout près de l’hôtel et on ne les entend pas…!!! Petit déjeuner inclus! Très bon choix! Transport aéroportuaire inclus… à 5 minutes de l’aéroport! Personnel accueillant, courtois, serviable et respectueux! Nous y reviendrons assurément!

Cet hôtel est absolument parfait. Il est à 5 minutes de navette gratuite de l'aéroport, le personnel est très accueillant, le restaurant très bon. La chambre est toute neuve, d'une propreté irréprochable et bien décorée. Les lits sont confortables et le petit déjeuner de qualité. C'est un 10/10. Nous reviendrons. Merci à tout le personnel.

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport. Une navette passe toutes les 30 mn. Se rendre au 2ème étage au niveau des départs porte 8. L'isolation phonique est excellente. Les lits sont très confortables. Un très bon petit déjeuner buffet est servi. Des fontaines d'eau dont à disposition dans les couloirs. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine et le restaurant. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

After being woken up by a fire alarm around 3am we were told it was a specific room and they were trying to figure it out …we were thanked for our patience. Alarm was going off on and off for a bit …unable to sleep or do anything we checked out and left. We have requested a refund.

Points positif: Hôtel flambant neuf, tout sent le neuf, très propre. Point négatif: Déjeuné ferme à 9h30 et autre point j'avais déjà payé mon hotel avec expédia 275$ tx et frais inclu et l'hôtel m'avait recharger 400$ pour la chambre lorsqu'ils ont pris les frais de dépôt de 300$ au check in sans me le dire. Je me suis apperçu de tout cela avant le check out, mais je crois que c'est dû au rodage des nouveaux employé et de la façon de faire. J'ai été remboursé le lendemain! Surveillez vous la dessus! J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Even with a confirmed reservation, my room wasn’t ready and I ended up waiting nearly two hours. I was even turned away at the check‑in counter and told to line up somewhere else, causing more delays. I watched other guests get rooms including the same type I had reserved while I was still waiting, and I was repeatedly told “five minutes” or “ten minutes,” which was not true. When I finally got into the room at 2am it was not clean: pubic hair on the floor, toothpaste in the sink, and sheets that smelled strongly of chemicals and didn’t feel washed. Overall, the experience was stressful, unhygienic, and far below expectations.

Towneplace Suites by Marriott is a newly-built hotel (opened May 21, 2026). A lovely hotel with spacious rooms. GREAT ROOM HIGHLIGHTS: - spacious bathroom with oversized shower & shampoo/conditioner/body wash and plenty of towels - kitchenette area has a 2-burner cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and is well stocked with pots/pans, cutlery, and dishware - great for longer stays/if you desire to cook/reheat food (fyi: no shops nearby) - comfortable 2 queen beds TEETHING PAINS: - hot water option was not very hot, more like lukewarm - no in-room safe GREAT HOTEL HIGHLIGHTS: - great natural light in the lounge/breakfast dining area - outdoor patio seating with a large bbq - bar/small dining area for lunch and dinner - complimentary breakfast was good. They serve dry cereal, yogurt, waffle station, meat option, scrambled eggs and pre-made omelets, ... - gym is a decent size with treadmills, weight station, etc. - indoor pool area is not a lap pool but a decent size for enjoyment - complimentary airport shuttle (had some kind drivers!) - very close to the airport (yet no plane noise) - Imad (gen. manager) and Sheren (asst. manager) were always present and pleasant TEETHING PAINS: - elevator key access is not functioning/setup - improve on emergency protocol (did have a repeated false fire alarm problem in very early hours and much staff handling confusion); they did eventually offer compensation OVERALL: - I would definitely stay at this hotel again

When I stayed, there was only 1 elevator working for the whole building. It took time to go to G floor or back to the room as this elevator is also used by not only customers but also cleaning staffs moving cleaning equipments. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is okay. But other customers were trying taking more foods but not consuming all at the end, also they didn't clean up by themselves. Need more signs in the breakfast area to make sure customers clean the space for others to use. In overall, I like the hotel, the staffs, but other customers staying there impacted my experience when staying in this hotel.

Most of the things you will want is on point at this facility, however there are two issues you should prepare your mind before hand. Check in time can be unnecessary longer especially during summer. I arrived 3 hours after my check in time and still waited another 2 hours for a room and no one bothered to reach out with remorse. There were no lines, the room was just not ready. This line began building up as other guest probably arrived. Secondly, the internet signal on personal data is not too strong around facility. I mean, your own data internet in case you plan to use yours before connecting to facility network. Other than these, I enjoyed my stay.

Nous étions venus ici il y a une semaine et notre séjour a été parfait. Cette fois-ci, nous sommes déçus. La chambre n'était pas très propre, le lit bébé demandé a été apporté au bout de trois appels. L'accueil aurait pu être meilleur. Le restaurant est correct, même si les prix sont élevés pour la quantité de nourriture servie.

for a last minute booking because of a cancelled flight at the airport this was a good choice. free airport shuttle service to and back every 15 minutes, a small pool, big room with 2 queen beds that also had a large fridge and freezer, sink and microwave, utensils and dishes and a mini stove also to cook in the room. the buffet breakfast from 6:39-9:30 am was well stocked with a good variety of foods. the bathroom looked newly renovated. decent price for 2 adults and 1 child. in the same situation we would stay again.
