The location was wonderful as was the apartment. Wonderful area and helpful staff, even though they were fully virtual. They were very responsive and helpful for booking water taxis.

This was easily the nicest accommodations any of us have had the pleasure of having in Europe. We don’t stay in the Four Seasons but we aren’t budget travelers either and this was the perfect in between. HUGE 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with kitchen, it was a luxuriously large stay for our family of 4. Staff responded immediately and attentively and we absolutely loved it.

We had a great time in Venice. The hotel was small but charming. Lara help us find the place and was so amazing explaining everthing... our hotel was by the Theater Fenice... excellent location.

Amazing hotel apartment, in a really nice area of Venice - close to everything, but very quiet. Apartment is beautiful, rooms are great and rooftop was the cherry on top. We can only recommended, and will return ourselves!

The room was lovely and the staff was FANTASTIC! There are quite a few stairs, but that wasn't something we minded at all.

The place was spotless, well equipment and very comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My mum had difficulties to go all the way up the stairs to the second floor where our apartment was located and they changed us to the first floor as soon as they could.

Great location and nice to only have to go up one flight of stairs. Super clean. Two bedrooms and extra bed/couch was made up and ready to go upon our arrival. Fridge and sink was helpful. Windows look out into square above ristorante. AC was a huge help as it’s so hot in late June. Communication with host solid. No issues.

6/10 不錯哦

The management is very unreasonable. Although I pre-paid for the stay in full, they insisted I also pre-pay the city tax in order to get the access code to the room. It was only 4 euros per day and there is no way to pay at the property upon arrival. I have been traveling around Italy and at other hotels/Airbnb, I paid this tax upon check-out, but Fenice Studios required the payment before arrival. This does not make sense (in my opinion) and needs to be reconsidered as Venice can be quite stressful as it is for first time travelers and hotels should prioritize the guests convenience. Also, in the pictures, the bathroom looks extremely big, but in reality it is not.
