They cannot find my booking on system computer even though I paid and show them my booking number. The reception man keep on confusing himself, even though I write down to him I order from "hotels.com", not the other source. And the reception man said that it is my personal problem that they cannot help to check in. After long hours confirm, they find my booking for 2 nights. Then they ask me to pay the bed sheet instantly. In the mean time, the reception said that he make mistakes on price number so I need to pay more. When I ask if there is any written rule for exact numbers, they refuse to answer and keep on saying that I need to pay them right away.
The kitchen is not yet, though it is written to be ok of operation on last month. The emergency alley is narrow and might be an issue for the rooms are too many. The reception DOES NOT mention wifi so I need to ask other roommates. When I ask the hotel facility, the ONLY answer I get from the reception man that everything needs to be paid. It is very unfriendly and un-professional from this a&o hamburg.
