Excellent service through and through, formidable staff everywhere, flawless service. Abundant marine life though snorkeling is strictly limited to competent swimmer due to strong current, let alone that there is a barracade of tall colourless coral enveloping the whole island, so certain area only accessible at high tide. Rooms are modern and clean but already show isolated patches in need of a second paint job. Over price water sports centre who ask for a return of all snorkel equipment the day before your departure, advise to bring your own gear. Good bar but poor restaurant. Chef tried their hardest to bring some life back into over-frozen meat but it seems the only remedy is to put extra strong spices everywhere trying to cover the shortfall. Bed and pillows are too soft, coffee available inside the room taste aweful. The "net" is terrific for drying but that is all it is good for and nothing else. Best water pressure that I have seen amongst Maldivian resorts. The bath tub has an awkward curvature, very difficult to lie down. Efficient check in and out, excellent service to guide us all the way back through transit at domestic flight and seeing us off all the way to international terminal. All in all, service is way better than those big names like Conrad, Four Season etc. The software is there, need some improvement on hardware only. Last but not least, do prepare that 85% plus of the occupants are from Mainland China
