Loved this hotel and location! If you are doing mostly sightseeing around London, this is the perfect location. It's nestled between the City of London (Tower Bridge, St. Paul's, etc.) while still being very accessible to all the other big sightseeing attractions like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Room is very small, but again, not a big deal if all you are doing is sleeping in it.

The staff at the hotel are all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. They genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Narz at the reception, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Narz really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Nicely renovated hotel central to a lot of areas in London and close to public transit, also on a quiet street. Breakfast buffet can be added whatever morning you wish on the spot. Room cleaning is only upon request, which was actually nice. The hotel is able to store luggage free of charge which was also great! Tiny room, but it’s all we needed and no much time is spent there anyway! Overall great stay!

We had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel. Everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location is outstanding, very central, with easy access to the Underground and other public transport, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. One feature we especially appreciated was the air conditioning. During our stay the weather was very warm, and returning to a cool, comfortable room after a day of sightseeing made a big difference. The only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are quite small. However, this is clearly stated when booking, so it was exactly what we expected and not an issue for us. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

I will certainly return to this hotel! I had a small, budget friendly room that was perfect for my needs—the aircon worked great, blackout blinds and lighting made it easy to rest, and everything was perfectly clean and felt new. I used the luggage storage service before I checked in and after I checked out so that I could spend more time in the city. I stayed on the top floor and it was incredibly quiet, especially considering that construction was taking place all around. I did not take advantage of the breakfast offering. No refrigerator in the room and no laundry on site, but I walked 10 minutes to Barbican Launderette where you can wash for £8 and dry for £5. Farringdon station is a 5 minute walk and there are express supermarkets on the way to the station.

Surprising value for central London, though perhaps not everyone's taste. Rooms small but quite comfy; windows open onto an interior space, so provide light but no view. One oddness is that all the room lights work together - all on or all dim or all off - and not really off, either, they maintained soft lighting all night long. Overall, the hotel is fresh, comfortable, great breakfast at a great price, charming staff.

It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. I now want this in every room I stay in.

Room was clean and a good size. The window didn’t open but a/c kept the room comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, but kept fresh and well worth the price. Great central location only five minutes walk to Farringdon Station with Elizabeth Line, Thameslink and Metropolitan / Circle lines. Being the edge of the City most of the shops and fast food closes early but was able to order a curry at the hotel which was great value.

The room was clean, though very cramped for two people. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Not a lot of shops nearby but superbly situated for tourism, three blocks from an Elizabeth Line tube station and three blocks from St Paul's.
