My first room was windowless and in the basement, which I might have tolerated except there were strong cooking smells from the hotel kitchen that crept into the room. The always-helpful staff moved me up the the sixth floor. From there on out the room was Premier Inn's usual high quality. Unfortunately, I found that the pay-in breakfast offering has declined a lot in the last two years. It's getting very limited, often cold and the breakfast room is very crowded.

A dark, quiet and air conditioned room was exactly what we needed after long days in London. We had a great time and slept like babies every night! The room was clean and modern, staff was super friendly and the hotel's location is super central, but not smack in the middle of the busiest streets. Sadly the housekeeping was a bit unsatisfactory, even though we asked for our room to be made up. The first night it was great, the second night it looked like we had only been given a new towel (and we were missing a towel), and the third night it was sloppily done. We contacted the reception, who kindly offered free breakfast the next morning in return, which was nice (we were leaving super early the next morning and didn't have time for breakfast, so we can't tell you how that was). All in all they were just minor inconveniences and staff was helpful, so it is a non-issue. This is not the hotel to bring your new girlfriend or to share a room with a friend you're not super comfortable with. The door to the bathroom (standard room) is made out of glass and is therefore absolutely not sound proof. The bed was narrower than we are used to (I´m assuming 140x200cm) and is up against a wall, so stay here with someone you are comfortable climbing over. Again a non issue for us As most hotel beds outside of Scandinavia it was a little firm in my opinion, but nothing out of the ordinary The room is tiny, as expected, but had everything we needed and storage for our suitcase

Chambre au sous sol, sans fenêtres, faisant 6m2. ( il ne faut pas être claustrophobe) Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. L’agent d accueil m’a fait régler une 2eme fois la chambre car ne trouvait pas mon dossier et n’ayant pas internet je ne pouvait pas aller sur l’application. Le lendemain un autre agent m a assuré que je serai remboursée. J’ai envoyé 2 mails et toujours rien. Je n’irai plus et ne le recommande pas.

Kahvaltı lezzetliydi,özellikle kruvasan ve muffin’lerini çok sevdik,kahvesi de lezzetliydi.Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve güler yüzlüydü,ne istediysek anında hallettiler.Konum olarak hem gezmek istediğimiz yerlere yakındı,hem de sakin bir yerdi.Oda biraz küçüktü ama tezmizlik ve kullanım açısından iyiydi.

Surprising value for central London, though perhaps not everyone's taste. Rooms small but quite comfy; windows open onto an interior space, so provide light but no view. One oddness is that all the room lights work together - all on or all dim or all off - and not really off, either, they maintained soft lighting all night long. Overall, the hotel is fresh, comfortable, great breakfast at a great price, charming staff.
