The staff were so polite and the service was fantastic. They helped us figure out transportation, held doors and took care of our luggage. Best hotel stay I have ever had.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel is nice. Lots of dining around. Only complaint is the outlets on either side of the bed did not work. Also master 3 way switch was wired incorrectly having me call maintenance. While my son was sleeping to turn off all the lights in the room. Would recommend.

The staff were so helpful to me when I arrived early after a red eye flight. They were able to have my room ready for me not long after I arrived at the property. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was tasty! The burnt ube cheesecake was outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan. What I loved most was its excellent location—it's just a few minutes from Mactan-Cebu International Airport, making it incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or late arrivals. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also really loved the toilet and bath—they were modern, well-maintained, and had plenty of space. Overall, the hotel provided a relaxing and comfortable stay.

最高に残念だったのがプールがなかったことです。その事を除けば朝食や設備やスタッフの対応立地位置はともに最高でした。ありがとうございました！

So happy we picked this hotel. So close to the airport. We had a late arrival from Manila and a very early flight to Coron. This is a 5 minute taxi ride of about 200 pesos. Aircon worked great, room and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We will stay here again. Highly recommended.
