My study was magnificent!! From the moment I checked in to leaving the hospitality was fantastic. Professional service from the manager, polite, friendly, patient, and kind. Greeted me coming in, was resourceful in area and restaurant that great. Housekeeping was great. I truly enjoyed my stay look guests to coming again. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed!

Opening week was rough for the front desk staff but they held it together when the system went down. The manager even stay behind on er birthday evening to handle things. Morning staff was hard to understand, young and meek.

No housekeeping in three day stay. Elevator broken. Two fire alarms. One at 5:15 am. Night staff clueless. Charged us twice and gave us wrong room and said they couldn't do anything about it. Overall, terrible stay. Find somewhere else.

Elevator broken. Charged twice.Two false alarm fire drills during a three day stay. No housekeeping. Night-time staff was clueless. Food on second day was sparse and still frozen. Second room for kids was completely wrong and they didn't fix it when we asked. Overall, worst stay I've ever had in a hotel.

For a new hotel we had no hot water. Room was nice Breakfast was poor. The hostess seemed annoyed when asked about simple things like can we have some milk. Or can you get the pancake maker working. We usually have breads or muffins but not here. Although she seemed happy about getting food for herself to eat. When I or others asked the front desk person to help we thought she was talking to us but she was on her phone talking through her airpods She was on her phone all the time. Check in took long because all the staff were in the room on the left. Won’t stay here again. Thanks
