I wouldn't stop here again next time.
We flew in from the US to Lisbon. The hotel knew we’d arrive around 10 AM and told us the room would be ready by 1 PM. Fine. We left our bags, went for brunch, came back at 1… not ready. 2 PM… still not ready. We were the only guests waiting, but they couldn’t be bothered to prioritize cleaning our room — just empty promises from a receptionist who sat there doing nothing.
To top it off, they sold us an overpriced airport transfer, claiming you “can’t” get there by Uber. Absolute nonsense — Uber is three times cheaper.
Yes, the room was clean and spacious, but the location is in a run-down, unpleasant part of the city. Overall? Not worth the frustration or the scam tactics.
