The rooms are updated. We scheduled a tour guide weeks in advance with the hotel and was promised one would be there. They didn’t schedule anything for us. We had to walk to the old gate and got harassed all the way. I will be kind and say they apologized but really we had a less than happy experience. When we left the park no one knew where it was and we found another hotel. They helped us retrieve our luggage.

Super hyggeligt, rent og fint hotel. Vi havde nogle fantastiske dage i Giza på dette hotel og blev taget godt af, af hele den skønne familie som ejer hotellet. De hjalp med alt fra transport, anbefalinger, og til booking af pyramide tur med privat guide. De stod for det hele uden nogle skjulte omkostninger. Vi fik en fantastisk guide “Tito” som brugte hele 6 timer med os i Sakkara og Giza Pyramiderne. En oplevelse som vi aldrig vil glemme. Vi havde et stor værelse med udsigt direkte til Pyramiderne og hotellet har en fantastisk tagterrasse med udsigt over byen og pyramiderne. Der var meget roligt og stille på hotellet. Så vi fik utrolig meget for pengene. Vil alle dage anbefale dette hotel.

Recomendo este hotel. Funcionários muito atenciosos. A vista do terraço é linda e você pode admirar as pirâmides. É difícil sair do hotel se você quer comprar alguma coisa. Certifique-se de que você quer ficar em Gizé. Se sim, penso que este hotel é uma ótima escolha.

Picked this place for its stunning roof top view of the pyramids, placed in a peaceful area with very hospitable staff. Breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond with the food. Room was clean, big space, and AC

What was good : - friendly and helpfull staff - transfers from and to hotel - rooftop teras and view - location is near the pyramids What was bad : - the rooms are very noisy, you hear the noise from the airco units (even when you turn your own unit off), the ellevator, the neighbours when they are speaking or actually everything. Impossible to make a decent sleep. - food in the restaurant was served after nearly two hours waiting, quality was not great - state of the room. Room could use some maintenace, especially the badroom We booked the "Deluxe" rooms but it is not worth the deluxe term/experience.
