OYO Hotels Townhouse Jackson Ridgeland is horrible. the pictures are ABSOLUTELY NOT what you get... AND I pre-paid through Hotels.com hotels.com and couldn't get a refund from the hotel. I thought that new management would be better and I've stayed at an OYO in Vegas, which wasn't the best but not this bad. So I thought that it can be trusted... No sir.. No ma'am... Do not stay here ... And I upgraded to the king suite. My clothes smell like smoke from this room.. initially I didn't think that my room had a bad smell but I left and the smell followed me on my clothes. The microwave was atrocious. The shower was NOT cleaned. Soap scums in the soap dish. The shower wand holder was broken and the shower wand was just hanging on the floor of the tub. The mirror had someone's name on it and the mirror was broken. Duct tape on the bed. The material of the office chair was worn out. This is crazy. Look up my video on TikTok under Gregoryh1906 .
