Really clean area and quiet neighborhood. Most of the staff were really nice and welcoming, a few not so much. Really great management and very helpful with customer needs. Restaurant food is overpriced though and takes a while to get your food. Laundry and breakfast service was top notch!

The ladies at the reception were very pleasant. Room was tidy and comfortable The only challenge I had was confirming payment made via Expedia.

Their water was polluted. As I turned on the water in the morning, at first the color was black with pure grime. Later on it turned brown. The staff failed to fix this problem in a timely fashion and I couldn’t shower the entire day. I ended up checking out to find a different hotel. Momo’s while acknowledging the problem has nonetheless refused to refund my payment. Momo’s staff were also deceptive. First they told me I owed dinner bill from the night I arrived and they would issue a refund only once it’s paid. I paid the bill. They then told me the money was still non refundable.
