The room, accommodations and staff were great! The breakfast was better than most hotels; really enjoyed the chicken and waffle option. Apparently if you arrive early in the week there are happy hour days that offer snacks and beverages. I plan to return for this experience. This hotel was also cheaper than surrounding hotels. I would definitely recommend this location for your next stay.

Ended up here because of a rerouted flight. Convenient to the airport. Brand new hotel, very clean and very nice suites. Would have been perfect for a family or multi-day stay. Front desk was extremely helpful and went out of their way to find me some overnight amenities (toothbrush, etc.) given the unexpected stay.

The room.was beautiful and unexpected. Had no idea I would be getting a suite and it was just so comfy. The shower and bathroom was clean. The bed so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We came for my best friends funeral and the staff was so sweet to us.

Fantastic stay. The staff was incredible and check-in was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. I was running late to an event and they got me into my room within minutes. My teenager added snacks on my room very late and the front desk was gracious about his midnight binge. The room was large, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Two queen beds and a sofa gave us plenty of space, even without a full suite. Parking onsite was a bit tricky, but there’s plenty nearby at the outlets and lots of food options close by. I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful new hotel. Easy to find. Tamica greeted us with a smile and communicated well while working thru our check in. Everyone was friendly and easy to identify. We had a small concern with the faucet in the bathroom and the maintenance/operations mgr came up and addressed the issue. The room and hotel amenities were easy to navigate. The room was beautiful, clean and function friendly. Breakfast was delicious the following morning. The area had a good selection close by for eats and the Premium outlet is less than a 10 min walk. I do not recommend the Plaza Aztec for Mexican food. Sadly it was not to any standard, imo. Otherwise our one night stay at Staybridge was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.
