Decent Stay, But Service Needs Improvement
The hotel itself was okay, but there are definitely better options available. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor service, particularly at the Sky Grill restaurant. My order was mishandled — I received the wrong starter, and my main course was completely forgotten. To make matters worse, I was asked if I wanted dessert nearly 20 minutes after finishing the starter, with no mention of the missing main.
At checkout, I was asked if everything was okay. I mentioned that aside from the Sky Grill incident, the stay was fine. However, the conversation ended there. If staff aren't genuinely interested in guest feedback, it's better not to ask — it only makes the experience feel more disappointing.
