The room was clean when I arrived and pretty much looked like the photos. The bed was comfy to sleep and there was a lot of space. The location is really convenient for the area. There's lots of shops around. The manager is really helpful if you have any queries.

There were lots of little things wrong - one bedside light didn’t work, the shower head was so dirty the water backed up over the top, the windows were dirty, inside of drawers dirty etc but we wouldn’t have said anything had it not been for the nightclub above the room. The room was clean - the cleaner had done an excellent job. The location is excellent. Both nights of our stay (Saturday and Sunday) the room was filled with loud throbbing music from the nightclub above.. Saturday until 2 and Sunday until 11. Nothing in the listing about it. When we contacted the owners, they said it was normal city centre noise and that was written on the listing. This was not normal city centre noise. We asked for an alternative room and they refused. When we contacted the website we had booked through, they contacted the owners who said we had been moved to a different room. This was not true and they lied. We are waiting to hear about a refund.
