The hotel is beautiful unfortunately it’s not well maintained. The original room I was given had a horrible odor, then I was moved to another room where the shower did not work and the bathroom looked like it was filled with mold. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Great place — very impressive ornately decorated building very large complex. The staff was extremely friendly and they have offstreet parking in their own parking lot. This is a very nice location away from the busyness of Marrakesh while still being in Marrakesh about five or 10 minutes ride from the old city. This was nice and clean - no pests - very good breakfast including actual cooked eggs and extremely large swimming pool. I do recommend this place for the price especially

Fuyez, fuyez et fuyez. Trés mal entretenu, tout est délabré. 2 piscines laissées à l'abandon , tout est sale et délabré. Cest dommage car on voit bien que l'endroit est beau seulement pas du tout entretenu. Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut avec les moyens qu'ils ont, sauf un des receptionnistes qui était trop intrusif. Je suis très décue de mon séjour et j'ai le sentiment de m'être fait voler. Bref

Propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer oreillers et matelas jaunis salle de bain non nettoyé mégots de cigarettes dans la poubelle et sur la terrasse Placard poussièreux et tapis chambre non nettoyé Pas de papier wc Miettes sous la housse de couette qui sert de housse matelas . Vraiment aucun effort on se demande même si la chambre a été refaite

Nous sommes arrivés, notre chambre avait été donnée à quelqu'un d'autre. Apparemment plus de chambre de disponible dans l'hotel. Après plusieurs heures le personnel nous a trouvé une solution. On nous a emmené dans une chambre derrière la piscine. Chambre sale, on a pas pu se doucher car un filet d'eau. Couette sale. Chambre avec plein de bêtes. Un tableau qui faisait peur. Petit dej pas mal. Le lendemain on a eu notre chambre qui était bien mieux et super grande. In a pas tester la douche car on avait fait un hammam traditionnel et on partait tôt le lendemain. Un peu déçu car on a eu une bouteille de vin pour excuser le désagrément mais pas de remboursement alors qu'on a mal dormi une des deux nuits. Piscine non praticable. Pas entretenue.
