Buen precio, buena ubicación el hecho que está a una cuadra de calle principal hace que sea más silencioso, el personal amable, el spa muy bueno y te incluye desayuno en el hotel Santosi a 2 cuadras. Solo que urgeeee que pongan cafetera, no se porque no hay servicio de cocina si si hay cocina. Pongan al menos una máquina de café buena por si alguien se quiere hacer su tacita al despertar, tuve que caminar hasta plaza de armas :(

Habitación deluxe es amplia y bonita, el personal es amable. Dos aspectos negativos son que el desayuno lo ofrecen en un hotel a 3 cuadras de distancia y el estacionamiento en otro hotel que también está a 3 cuadras de distancia.

Great hosting, clean and spotless. This place is located in SLP downtown close to everything. Hotel has a contract with a local roof parking lot 3 min away from the place at no cost, multiple public parking spots near by at no cost 8pm to 8 am. Restaurant is 2 walking blocks away and they have few no cost options, “chilaquiles bandera” are awesome. They also have great $ deals on a menu, my daughters love the French toast. Different host/hostess were on watch, all of them very friendly.

Pictures are deceiving. The hotel is clean, staff is excellent; breakfast provided (in another nearby hotel) was ok. This hotel is near central plazas and great care has gone into decorating the rooms. But the pictures and name are deceiving. The rooms are extremely small. Each room has 2 floors with a narrow and curving staircase that a child or older adult could fall from. The bathroom is on the first floor. There is no AC, but they provide a stand alone fan or a portable AC system - both are loud. We opted for the AC system, but that blocked the door entrance and the staircase. That choice made the staircase even more dangerous, esp. if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also getting our bags up and down the narrow staircase was not easy. Pictures make it appear like an experience hotel which it is not. In a pinch it is a nice place to stay and central enough. There are other options for same of better price points.

Llegué al lugar y me comentaron que no estaba realizada mi reservación, por lo que no se me dio el acceso. El Estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y las calles de noche se ven peligrosas, establecimientos llenos de grafiti alrededor, el hotel luce viejo y la puerta se veía cerrada y pequeña. No me gustó nada el hotel u la atención menos. No se me respeto mi reserva.

No te avisan que el estacionamiento está a tres cuadras, (teniendo al lado un estacionamiento que pueden contratar para que no batalles y ofrecer ese en lugar del que está muy lejos)lo que es importante dado que es una calle muy angosta y transitada en la que no puedes pararte q bajar tu equipaje. No hay personal que te apoye a bajarlo, ni llevar tu equipaje a habitación . Tampoco te informan que el desayuno que te incluyen no es en el hotel, sino a tres cuadras y no hay servicio de restaurante. La habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado y la TV no tiene ni canales abiertos ni ningún tipo de plataforma. Aunque el lugar es bonito, no considero bueno el costo beneficio, ya que al no saber que no cuentan con todo ello, contrate ahí y hay muchas más opciones en el mercado que pude haber elegido por el mismo costo. Les hace mucha falta atención en el servicio

I chose this property because of the free parking and free breakfast. The check-in process was confusing because there was no communication as to where we should park. There was parking right next-door so that’s where we pulled in as it turned out that is not the correct parking and we had to pay to park to get out of that lot. The parking was two blocks down the street and across the major Road. Once we did get our suitcases in the hotel, we realize there was no elevator and had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Checking in there was a problem with the Wi-Fi and it was suggested that we go to the bank to take out money to pay for the room. We waited a few minutes and then the Wi-Fi started working so we could finish the check-in process. The breakfast was not at the hotel. We had to walk two blocks one way and around the corner to find the restaurant that offered the free breakfast, which was also a little confusing. The hotel itself and the room was very clean and beautiful.
