Very bad experience

Before the check in day, the receptionist text me they can provide airport tranfer between hotel. One way transfer is €50 . Normally , it costs around .€30. Because I arrive Istanbul in morning 6:00 a.m. and I can arrive hotel on 8;00 am. For early Check in, it asks me for €50 . I dont accept thr offer and go for sightseeing. After i get the room on2:00pm, i want to take rest and sleep. Unfortunately, there is construction work nearby and it is very noisy. i can't take a rest and sleep in the hotel. It is very bad. The receptionist just says the noise will end on 5:00pm😡. Also, the room is very hot. The air-conditioner not functioning well. Then, i went out for sightseeing again and come back hotel at night. On around 21:30, the receptionist call my room and ask me to change the room from ground floor to 2nd floor. The reason is there is water leakage in the ground floor. Conclusion: DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL

Enjoyed our Saba Sultan stay.

Our first time in Istanbul, and Saba Sultan was the ideal hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was ample with good choices. The location was perfect being near the main tourist attractions and very near local restaurants. We liked our room which had a lovely balcony, which we sat on in the evening after returning from our night out. And the bed was huge and comfortable. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return here.

En lo personal me encantó este hotel, el servicio de tuk tuk al la terminal de metro y Sky train es muy conveniente. Great Sultanahmet hotel!

We spent 4 nights here while exploring Istanbul. The location was great with easy access to casual restaurants, small supermarkets, shopping & Tram 1. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very extensive. We loved the rooftop area, too!
