This hotel has lots of potential, great location on Island, management need to do more ads, as a matter of fact for your guest safety install a lighted Sign that says Hamptons and not just an S sign. They need to invest in renovations to make it more comfortable stay for guests. Staff made my stay feel like home they got best people that take care of guests. Overall I had a great stay
