スタッフ全員はいつも暖かく接してくれて、質問、要求にすぐに対応してくれる。朝食は必要十分最高。ホテルは一見迷路の中に位置してるが、きちんと覚えればメディナの醍醐味が味わえる。道は昼と夜では全く異なる雰囲気。夜の歩きはちょっと怖かったが一度も危なかったことはなかった。近くのレストランも最高。チュニジアの人達は優しいしみんないい人。また行きたい。

Ótima experiência. Localizado no meio da Medina, com quarto amplo e muito bem decorado. O funcionário Hassan é cordial e nos atendeu muito gentilmente. Recomendo!

Si quieres vivir la experiencia de alojarte dentro de la medina es un hotel precioso. Casi nunca hay gente en recepción y en nuestro caso no pudimos desayunar porque a pesar de haber avisado de que nuestro avión salía temprano no nos dejaron nada preparado y a las 7:30h no había nadie en el hotel para ayudarnos

Muito lindo, hotel mantém a aura da Tunísia local, embora não falássemos nem inglês, nem francês, nem árabe a equipe se esforçava para nos entender. Só falta mesmo um frigobar no quarto para manter a água fresca e gelar algum alimento. No mais perfeito.

We loved the place because it reminded us of our grandparents homes. The staff was excellent from Front Desk (Hassain) to Breakfast/Housekeeping (Ahchaik, Reman, Azza) As per Breakfast there was a variety and good enough to get you going for the day. The room itself was good too (smart tv, electric kettle w/ tea supplies provided). The location is in the heart of the city making it easy to see all the attractions.

Per la prima volta ho avuto voglia di passare del tempo in hotel invece che andare solo in giro a visitare la città. Sorseggiare un thè nel cortile interno è stato magico. Colazione mista con prodotti locali, letto della suite molto comodo, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornare un giorno!

Is an old house in Medina , not easy to find without help which the staff was helpful . There is no TV which was a nice break , internet was spotty . I enjoyed it as a different experience than an hotel

O Hotel é bastante antigo, mas foi muito interessante ficar em um hotel no meio daquele mercado enorme. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, a cama é confortável, tinha ar condicionado no quarto e tinha um bom chuveiro, apesar de antigo também. O café da manhã é simples. As portas são um pouco difíceis de abrir e fechar, mas logo acostumamos. A internet dentro do quarto é muito ruim, mas na aérea externa funciona bem. O hotel é bem perto das atrações turísticas, restaurantes e lojinhas. E a mais ou menos 1km da estação de trem que vai para Cartago e Sidi Bou Said. Valeu a pena pelo custo-beneficio. Além disso o quarto também é bem espaçoso.

Absolutely loved this place in the Medina, just a few minutes walk from Zeitouna Mosque. It's tasteful and beautifully presented, evocative of times gone by and just like the lovely pictures. Everywhere you look there is something nice to see. We were in a lovely large room and it was a delight to wake and look out at the courtyard and eat on the veranda in fresh air. We were here in February - the Medina was very quiet at night and our room was peaceful. The staff were ready to help - Hassan made sure we got to and from the restaurants in the evening so that we didn't lose our way in the Medina at night. A great spot to explore Tunis and be right at its heart. We'd happily come back!

Really good location in the middle of the medina, but still nice and quiet. I recommend making use of their airport transfer as the driver will then take you from the car to the medina, as it can be a bit difficult to find it (you cannot drive all the way there). Breakfast at selection is ok, and the room did look nicer in the pictures than in real life - but still very good value for money and the employees do everything to make sure you have a great stay! You get way more than you hat you pay for in this beautiful dar ✨
