When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor quality. They didn't clean our room during the 3 nights or even give us clean towels or a new roll of toilet paper. Getting anything resolved was difficult due to language.
