The staff helped me with a issue I had in my room quickly, the TV was giving sound but no picture. The room was very nice! The only suggestion I have is bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive and on the entry floor, room 1 or 2, because people check in there and stand and talk while waiting for the elevator. It is perfect if you are coming by public transport, and it's not a far walk to the city center. I would do it again!

Computer werkte niet bij incheck , daardoor dubbel afgerekend. Dit is wel meteen teruggestort , heb er nog niet eens voor hoeven bellen of mailen . Verder was alles prima in orde. Locatie is top zo vlakbij het centrum

Ik geef deze hotel niet meer dan 3 sterren want je mag max tot 11 daar blijven anders moet je weer betalen en het was al duur voor deze kamer niet genoeg luxe en er was niks speciaals voor dit prijs 154€ per nacht geen aanrader

Het is een prima kamer, erg schoon en nieuw! Fijn dat er een klein keukentje bij zit. Enige nadeel is dat het warme water onder de douche snel op was en dat je dan best een tijd moest wachten( meer dan een uur) dat het weer warm was. Niet handig als er 2 mensen na elkaar willen douchen.

Comfortable, clean but unreliable technology. Very newly done up and in a great condition. But this is an unstaffed hotel, so it is fully dependent on the technology, particularly for check in. This was not working when I arrived, so I had to wait nearly two hours for a technician to arrive before I (and others) could check in. I've got no problem with this type of hotel, but they have to get the systems working.
