Very nice apartment. Clean, modern, quality amenities and comfort. Had a very comfortable stay. The only thing missing was a bit of fresh/longlife milk for coffee/tea which would. I booked a studio and the bed is built into a nook, so as previous reviewers mentioned not ideal for tall people as your feet touch the bottom of the adjoining

Perfectly located for Table Mountain excursions and beach walk adventures. My balcony faced the mountain so when I was home I could watch the paragliders. Every amenity was available except a USB for phone charging. Lots of restaurants close and Woolworths grocery too. Clean, cute and comfy!!

The apartment suites are beautifully designed units that are well equipped with everything you need. They are modern, clean, and well-cared for, and the location is great; some of the units have views of the mountain. I stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed it the whole time. The staff and the 24/7 security were so helpful and friendly with any questions I had, helping to make my first visit to Cape Town comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept incredibly well, better than I do at home in fact. The price was also surprisingly affordable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We recently stayed for two nights at One Hundred on M, part of Fluent Living, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived for check-in to opening the door of our serviced apartment, everything was seamless and professionally handled. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Bongani and his team, who made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. A special thank you to Wonga for his outstanding attention to detail and genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and his commitment to excellent service did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire Fluent Living team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend One Hundred on M and look forward to returning in the future.

The property is just as advertised, very clean and secure. Housekeeping is very thorough when cleaning but the only downside is they need to regularly clean beneath the beds. Otherwise the common areas are always spotless. If one stays in unit 202 please be mindful whenever you open the windows during business hours until 10pm, you’re going to constantly hear the noise from the chimney vents at Nandos beneath the apartment. Additionally the fumes are something to be weary of because it did affect me. Another suggestion for the properties is to install an air conditioning unit to regulate the temperature in hot or cold weather.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Lage in Sea Point war perfekt. Man hat sich jederzeit sicher gefühlt – das Tor wird abends geschlossen, und man kann mit einem eigenen Code hineingehen. Außerdem ist rund um die Uhr ein Wachmann vor Ort. Die schöne Promenade liegt direkt daneben, und es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto (z. B. über Bolt) ist man schnell an der Waterfront oder bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gegend ist gehoben, daher sind die Restaurants und Geschäfte deutlich teurer als in anderen Vierteln. Das Personal (besonders Dee und Liziwe) war unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt – vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Betreuung! Das Hotel ist noch nicht einmal ein Jahr alt, daher ist alles sehr modern, neuwertig und sauber. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen kleinen Pool mit vier Liegen – mehr Platz gibt es dort allerdings nicht. Unser Apartment war wirklich schön, hell und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Für uns war das Apartment eine perfekte Unterkunft für das erste Mal Kapstadt. Durch die kleine Küchenzeile und der großzügigen, im Wohnbereich vorhandene Sitzecke, konnte man in dem Zimmer auch gut verweilen, was uns aufgrund des schlechten Wetters sehr entgegen kam. Direkt gegenüber und auch im die Ecke befinden sich diverse Cafés und Restaurants, wodurch man mehrere Frühstücksoptionen und optional Abendessen hatte. Wir empfehlen das „Our Local“ „Stellski“ (direkt im selben Gebäude) für Frühstück. Zur V&A Waterfront und nach Camps Bay ist es mit Uber ein Katzensprung. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Aufgrund des Wetters haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt, aber er sah solide aus und befindet sich auf dem Dach der Unterkunft und ist für jeden Gast zugänglich. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher, da man nur mit einem Schlüssel den Aufzug nach oben bedienen kann. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt und ab 22:00 Uhr muss man zudem die Tore für den Acarden Bereich (Lobby) mit dem Schlüssel öffnen. Nur das Bett ist für europäische Verhältnisse sehr kurz (SA Queen Bed Standardgröße: 1,88x1,52 m - LxB). Mit 1.73m habe ich noch ganz gut reingepasst, während mein Partner sich schon schräg legen musste. Da das Bett in einer Nische verbaut ist kann man leider auch die Füße nicht raushängen lassen. Auch das Bad war eher klein bemessen, aber völlig ausreichend.
