Compared to other hotels, I have stayed in, driftwood inn has rooms that equals at least two of the competitors rooms. The rooms come with refrigerators, microwaves, cable tv, and that’s each room. You don’t have to go out into the hallway for microwave to go get ice or anything like that, you have all that in your room. The personal are eager to help and very accommodating.

There was literally cockroaches in the bed in the bathroom,on the counters running across the floor we couldn't lay down or shower company refuse to give a refund for the room saying take it up with your booking. We left and wasted 80 $ I know you get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting alot. But I didn't pay for roaches in my bed. An in my shower we through all are close we brought in Away cause we found one tryin to come home with us .. absolutely disgusting and horrible..

A/C was smelling like mildew, not cleaned routinely. Cockroaches were everywhere, and plumbing was defective. Leaks and filthy conditions. No Excuse for conditions like these. No Star and Disgraceful motel. Colton code enforcement must be non-existent.

Lock to room broken. Smoke detector going off until staff removed it. Caked blood on shower curtain. Warm but no hot water. Staff member was excellent in handling the lock and smoke detector problems.

The room was awful, the AC had such a weird smell, roaches literally crawled out in the bathroom I have pictures to prove it, I understand it was a high demand room due to the music festival but it was insanely over priced, there was blood stains on the sheets I had to go buy my on to sleep over, the floor had a crack by the bathroom door that I tripped on in the morning

Worst place i have ever stayed, bad customer service took for ever. Room 118 was dirty the toilet had urine all over and a cigarrete inside of toilet. The towels were stained with feces, went to tell the manager who send me to room 104 housekeeping who never opened the door until manager went and knock to housekeeper named Carlos who got mad for the towels request , i said we just got the room and dirty towels. The TV was broken supposedly by previous customer but they said they charged customer for the tv but never put a new tv in the room. The heater wasnt working properly just like a regular fan but no heat so i rather turn it off and was cold all night . The two pillows were so small and thin that not even folding them work. Wen leaving the place , went to reception ring the bell and nobody came out so i left the card in the slot and left. Two hours 30 mins later i checked my bank account and they charged me an extra 25 dollars . Worst place ever will never booked in this place again.

Location sketchy. No towels in room, curtains torn, no amenities, no reliable staff. Found 2 roaches. All electrical outlets dangerous. Found blood on shower curtain. No fitted sheets for bed besides flat sheet.

The lady at the front desk booked me into a room, handed me the key.. As we walk in there was another persons personal items on the bed.. I walk out and tell her what happened. She walked away for a few minutes the handed me back the key and proceeded to say the room is all good now. Not only is that beyond unsanitary, but the lack of knowledge as to what customers are aware was the worst part because what if somebody walked in on me, I then told her I would not be going back into the same room and she told me I can get another room with two beds, but will be charged more…. I then asked for a refund for evil night and a male came up to the window and said I should get a refund in a few days if not call Expedia…. The absolute worst and unsanitary experience I have ever had and I will never be going back there. Nobody should ever go there either, and I still have not received my refund to add on top of this. Worst Valentine’s Day ever.

The room wasn’t clean the sheets weren’t clean. I couldn’t even sleep under the blankets because I felt disgusting after laying on top of them. There was hair in the bathtub and our TV didn’t work. We called and went to the window and nobody was there. We wasted our money and we are very upset. This is a very bad place in my opinion.
