This is a pretty hotel in a great location. We booked the bathtub room but can't recommend it unfortunately. You have to get up a very windy, narrow flight of stairs with your suitcases and no help from the staff. The bathtub took an hour to fill and the bed was really hard. It was decorated and equipped beautifully so maybe book a different room.

The location was definitely nice in Casco Viejo. However, a few things: I did pay and request an early check-in upon arrival. They didn't. My room wasn't ready. They didn't have a secure place to leave your luggage. It was left out in the open, which doesn't make a guest feel great. My room was very beautiful, with the beautiful concepts upstairs and downstairs. However, my lock on my door was a little fudgy, and I didn't feel secure at night sleeping there. There were also a few bugs, which I totally understand, as we're in a tropical, humid area. However, my stay was just okay.

This is such a charming place to stay. The rooms are so unique, yet so inviting. The location is superb for visiting the Casco Viejo area. The view is fantastic. We loved enjoying our complimentary bottle of wine on the deck outside our room. I can't wait to stay here again!!

Was in a good location. Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Rooftop area with chairs/ loungers/ jacuzzi (cool water temp, perfect because it was hot and humid). Spiral staircase was a bit weird, and had to use them to get to the bedroom. Touch keypad for room door was very convenient.

The hotel is great. It's in a perfect location for exploring the Old Town and is very walkable. The only problem is the check-in because Hotels.com is supposed to send you a code to check in, and both times we stayed here they did not, so check-in took a while. There seems to be a disconnect between the Hotels.com process and the local process.
