While staying at this property was not our original plan for visiting Puerto Rico. I am so glad that we ended up here. This hotel is unique and very easy to book with and stay at and very accommodating even at the last minute. it is located in a great area that is close to everything even walking distance to the beach if you wanted to, and it’s a very nice area.

The staff is very helpful, kind and attentive. The location is great for getting around the San Juan area and anything you might need (like restaurants, supermarket, local transportation) can be found close by. I enjoyed my little balcony.

It's in a great location to hit the beaches and old San Juan and the castles all together. The workers from the cleaning staff to security to reception were all incredibly helpful. Only small thing was they were doing work on the roof I believe or somewhere in the hotel and it started at 7:00am and woke me and my wife up multiple times on our honeymoon. Still great experience.
