I made a reservation for 2 rooms. For myself and the other room under my friend. First of all, the rooms are not at all like the photos online. They are smaller and not as bright. I realized immediately that the floors were not clean bcz black soot got on some of my belongings that touched the floor. We also found a pair of men’s underwear behind the bathroom door, which also means the room wasn’t cleaned properly.
My friends stay was a disaster from day 1. She did not have hot water for 1 day 1/2, and both the sink and tub were clogged up. Front desk was notified, but we realized that there isn’t actual management on sight, and all of our requests due to the issues could not be resolved promptly. My friend was not offered another room supposedly because the hotel was booked, and a technician couldn’t fix the water issue till the following day. Very inconvenient and upsetting. The rooms are not the value of what we paid. The following days, her hot water only lasted a short time while showering, and the tub continued to clog up and drain too slowly. The last day, the AC was leaking or condensation was so much that her clothing underneath the unit that was on a chair, was very wet and stained. The value of the clothing is much more than the total amount we paid for the stay. “Management” or whom ever texted me, never resolved the issue properly or show and kind of empathy. I deserve a refund for her room.
