Parking was easy. You can acess from the center of the building where there is access to the elevators for the three floors. Staff was friendly and room was in good condition.

Window shade wouldn't pull down. Had no privacy until we stuffed wastebaskets and pillows over the window. No refrigerator in room. Toilet seat was loose. Dim lighting around bathroom mirror. Registration clerk told us breakfast began at 8 a.m. It began at 6 a.m.

It is a newer property. The clerk that was there at 7pm check us in and we had a problem with the curtains in the room and she fixed the problem. Bed was comfortable.

We had a very helpful associate at the front desk, Brianna. She was friendly and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. A recent remodel was apparent and provided clean rooms and fresh furnishings. Location was convenient to I40
