Hotel is huge. Room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Good parking underground. Has a lot of charging spaces for EV. But parking space is small. A Toyota 4 runner parked 2 spaces. The manager greets us at breakfast.

The loction, cleanlyness, staff attitude, ambience, safety, space were all excellent. Even when there wasn't a coffee machine in the room, the coffe and tea were available in the lobby. The room had all that you needed apart from the disposable slippers. I didn't bother to take a pair with me so I ended up wearing my socks as the floor was sticky under my feet but still clean. I don't mind staying there again if I were to go or had business in the nearby vicinity.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, but smelled like wet dog. Our room didn’t have a functioning window, so I couldn’t air it out. We asked for bedding for the sofa bed and it didn’t arrive until 1 in the morning…I did enjoy the shower along with the complimentary body wash and lotion. Indoor parking was a plus! We only stayed one night, but I don’t think I’d stay for longer.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour notre séjour à Montréal et avons été déçues de voir l’hôtel. La description et ce que nous avons reçu sont deux choses complètement différentes. Le personnel à l’accueil est incroyable et très serviable. Les chambres sont magnifiques, mais mal pensée et l’état général peut laisser à désirer. Il n’y a aucune prise électrique à promixité du lit, la plus proche est sur le bureau. Il y avait du coulis à céramique de coller sur la base de douche ce qui donnait toujours l’impression de marcher sur quelque chose en plus de l’eau chaude qui pouvait prendre plusieurs minutes à arriver. La télévision était indiquée comme intelligente, mais ce n’était pas le cas et pas moyen de voir la carte des postes avec le code QR fourni. Nous étions en face d’une ascenseur et nous pouvions entendre les annonces de « portes s’ouvrent » et « portes ferment » à tout heure du jour ou de la nuit. L’hôtel est également indiquée comme « insonorisé » ce qui est un mensonge. La seule insonorisation est celle qui permet de ne pas entendre l’autoroute, nous pouvions entendre très clairement les gens utiliser la salle de bain adjacente au mur de la notre. Ils disent également que je déjeuner est inclus, mais rien de nutritif. Seulement des céréales, des muffins et des bagels avec 2 toasters, rien de chaud comme un buffet d’hôtel régulier. C’est un bel hôtel, mais beaucoup de choses laissent à désirer et auraient besoin d’être retravaillé.

Good hotel but breakfast could have be better. There were only bread, cereal, coffee, juices that were tooooo sweet, boiled eggs, apple and banana, butter, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, and yogurt. They could add waffle machine, make the eggs instead of boiled. Put more effort in general. A lot of people were confused by the breakfast.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary parking was a big plus. The room itself was decent, though I did notice some towels had hair on them, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast options were quite limited, adding a few simple hot items would definitely improve the overall experience.
