Charming old house

We had a very late arrival and found the place after much difficulty. However the host was thorough in getting us checked in. The room was very cold, although a bedroom heater was beginning to warm us up. Just as we were settling in we discovered a water leak in the bathroom. Called the host who sent someone over right away. Unfortunately we had to change rooms and again everything was stone cold. Beds were comfy and clean. Old Sicilian house is charming. Would have rated this higher if we had been warmer.

Premetto che l'alloggio è stato scelto xche ' era molto vicino all'aeroporto di Palermo (Giovanni Falcone ) e non avendo letto le recensioni prima siamo andati senza grandi aspettative ! L'unica cosa positiva della camera (casa) assegnataci e ' il Wi-Fi e il proprietario molto gentile ma per il resto non posso assegnare una valutazione perché secondo me da uno a 10 non sta neanche ad 1 !!!!!! Nella casa a piano terra con La camera che si Affaccia sulla strada sembra di essere fuori X quanto è rumorosa cioè passano auto e moto di continuo e poi non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio .... Poi la casa ha un arredamento molto vecchio ..... Per non parlare del bagno .... Insomma un incubo .

très bien situé, petite ville sympathique pour se balader avant de repartir en avion. Belle place de village animée , plage toute proche. Un peu bruyant la nuit avec la rue passagère, prévoir les boules quies.. Spacieux avec kitchenette, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great value and location near Palermo Airport

What a delightful surprise this lovely accommodation was! Chosen because it was the cheapest and closest to Palermo airport for my family that I had little expectation other than my requirements of free parking, kitchenette, bathroom and wifi, but it was so quaint inside with traditional brick face parts in the wall, curved bedroom entries and French doors. It was so homely with the added extras of a hotel like mini toiletries and cleaning service making it different from a holiday rental. The receptionist was delightful telling us all about the town, even though she must have got a kickback from the seafood restaurant the amount of times she recommended it. And the town, Terrasini, was so delightful. The accommodation is in easy walking distance (carrying children!) to the lungo mare with it's white sandy beach, restaurants and children's playground, and also to the town piazza. We were fortunate to be there on a night a live band was playing. There are so many restaurants around the piazza, it's hard to choose, nothing like being spoilt for choice! Overall it was an unexpected delightful stay!

Personnel très accueillant, chambre propre le tout à 1 min à pied d'une supérette et de la place où sortir boire un verre. le stationnement y est plutôt facile. A 10 min en voiture de l'aéroport.

Près de l'aéroport avec un service de navette

Appartement avec 2 chambres sans ouverture à part la porte d'entrée qui fait porte fenêtre dans la cuisine. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et était bruyante. Très bien situé près du Duomo et de sa place très vivante le soir. La personne chargée de notre transfert à l'aéroport tôt le matin a été très ponctuelle et nous a demandé moins d'argent que prévu pour ce transfert.

Gli appartamenti sono semplici ...nulla di ricercato... Per il prezzo pagato vanno bene. Vicini al centro paese e spiaggia praiola. Sono un buon punto di appoggio ma non lo consiglierei per una vacanza relax. Mancano spazi esterni. Gestori gentili e disponibili.

Tæt på lufthavnen i Palermo. Udmærket og stort værelse dog lidt mørkt. Kun 1 km fra udmærket mindre sandstrand.

Best spot close to airport

Carlo, our host, went above and beyond for us. A great guy and a good deal for a place so close to PMO Airport. Big rooms. Free parking outside. It's Italy, so the streets are narrow and the place can be tricky to find but the costline there is amazing and Carlo recommended a restaurant to us that was one of the best we went to in Italy. We will stay here again our next visit for sure.

Personale affidabile e gentile dimostrato dal fatto che ho perso il portafoglio in camera e tramite una semplice telefonata mi è stato inviato a casa con tutti i documenti e anche le monetine. Grazie mille. Penso di ritornare.

Vicino al mare - comodo per aeroporto

Utilizzato come "tappa" per avvinicarci all'aeroporto di Palermo (causa partenza all'alba). E' stata una gradevole sorpresa: persomale gentile e disponibile, mare vicinissimo a piedi. Si trova in una graziosa località con una bella piazza molto animata e ben frequentata.

Giuseppe sei un grande

Dovevo prendere l'aereo alle 7:00 del mattino a Palermo e quindi ho prenotato un giorno nel posto più vicino e meno caro all'aeroporto. L'accoglienza è stata così calorosa che mi vedo pentito di aver prenotato una sola notte. Giuseppe ci ha accolto in modo caloroso e disponibilissimo, facendoci trascorrere le poche ore che pensavamo fossero solo di preparazione al viaggio in una giornata di vacanza piena e divertente. Grazie ancora Giuseppe

Large rooms and good prize

Very large and nice rooms. Nice personnel. Only small drawback is that if you get the flats at the street level you can hear everyone walking down the street. Nevertheless, the place is very quite, so it is bearable. I would certainly recommend it and would not mind coming back
