Chambre propre. Restaurant dans l'hôtel. Mais l'hôtel n'est pas proche de l'aéroport et son accès en transport en commun n'est pas facile. Pas de service de navette, la solution la plus simple pour l'aéroport est le taxi et ce n'est donné !

Chambre, confortable, isolation phonique pas au top, mais suffisant pour une nuit. Relativement propre mais les finitions de la chambre donne un aperçu sale. Une des serviettes présentes dans la salle de bain, avait des tâches de moisissures.

Staff helpful. Parking easy but you have to pay. Room clean. I booked a king bed and got a queen that was not very comfortable. Pretty sure I paid a bit more for the king bed I didn’t get. Did not eat at the restaurant. Close to airport.

The staff here were excellent. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and positive. Well organised. The room and building were clean and the beds were warm and comfortable. The location was much further than expected from the airport and taxi was costly.

I would like to recognize, the sweet, short haired, blonde woman at the front desk who served me my meal. The hostess in a red blazer was beyond rude Wednesday evening. She wouldn’t allow us to sit in the lobby restaurant when we came down to eat. We had to make a reservation she says. She booked us for 45 minutes later, 830pm. It was the end our honeymoon! We were having a great time until she made an assumption and was so rude. She completely ignored me as if somehow, I was something that I was not, I was young and dumb. She explained to me that her brother was the kitchen cook that evening, and she was so happy that He was Tending to Her in every way, when both should be meeting our needs as customers. I said oh said “I totally understand.” She replied “You will understand, when you are older and have children of your own” I replied, “oh I’m 39 & I have a 5yr old.” She replies I am 39 & seemed to be surprised we were the same age. I then explained to her, the reason I say I hear you, is because I have two siblings are 14 yrs younger. When I told her I was a hair stylist and business owner of 20 years, she made more inappropriate comments referring to her gay best friend, which had nothing to do with our evening. My husband was so upset, he got up & left & later came back to get me out of the conversation. She was awful! I’ve never been more mistreated by someone I don’t even know. I hope this issue will be addressed so others will not have a similar experience.

The Premiere Inn Newbridge is located conveniently close to the airport, still a 20£ taxi fare. The room we received was large, designed for someone with a disability, even down to fall arrests and an alarm. Plenty of space, but lacks a fridge or microwave which would be nice as there are limited options for dining. The biggest recommendation for the hotel would be to have a person at night reception. We had an incident whereby we were leaving very early in the morning ( 6:00 am) and the occupants above our room were running and banging until 1:30 am keeping us awake. The noise was loud enough to shake the bed and to hear out in the hall. I went to see if someone at reception could ask them to keep the noise down, but could find no one. The lack of sleep made the next day’s travel harder.

I did not have a car, though my room looked out over the parking lot. Breakfast not included. Few amenities. No shampoo, no tissues, no water bottle in room, though bed comfortable.

I called the Premier Inn four times to get instructions from getting to the airport to the inn. All four times a recording told me that the team was helping other guests, call back later. Very disappointing. We ended up asking the bus drivers which bus we should use. The bus driver dropped us at the wrong stop. We ended up at The Travelodge. They called a cab for us and we paid for another ride. All probably could have been avoided if we could have spoken to someone at Premier Inn. Breakfast was very good, check out was very easy.

This room affords the basic accommodations a traveler would need prior to leaving from the Edinburgh Airport. Be advised, there are 2 premier Edinburgh Airport locations, so use the exact address from your booking when searching for navigation. We stayed in room 104 which appeared to be handicap accessible with emergency pull cords much like a hospital room. I’m not sure if all the rooms are set up like this but I did not request a special room so it is worth mentioning. Parking for overnight was conveniently available in the on-site parking lot for 7 pounds/night. I cannot speak to the breakfast as we had to leave earlier than it was served.

The realization that we spent 60 lbs. to and from the airport was simply deceptive. It is called a Airport hoteland that means there is a shuttle-I will not be a customer again.

From checking in to checking out, this hotel was great! I appreciated Scott at check-in very much. Super kind and helpful with explaining the meal deal and other hotel amenities and my questions about getting taxi, etc. The restaurant was really good! I had an excellent dinner and breakfast. They serve breakfast until 10:30 on weekday, so that was appreciated as I like to sleep late. It's close to the airport, so very convenient. Large parking lot. My hotel room was great. Quiet room and I appreciated the elevator!!! A lot of previous hotels I was at were walk ups only. My room, #244, was very comfortable and large! The bed was soooo big, soft, comfy, and warm! Nice size bathroom with both a tub and shower. Large TV. Just a perfect end to my Scotland vacation! Thank you!
