This hotel is a hidden gem (literally - the entrance is a little tricky to find) in the theatre district of New York. It’s clean and comfortable with a friendly, helpful staff. The only challenge is the lack of an elevator. If you can’t handle stairs, this isn’t your place. But if you don’t mind a bit of a climb, the reasonable cost and proximity to Times Square makes this a great choice.

There was a mouse in the first room and then after switching to a new room, the bathroom was way smaller and not what we paid for. Along with that, the divider for the shower fell and would not go back up. The bathroom light flickered and then stopped working. The hotel listed that the staff would not enter rooms without us requesting and we came back one day and our personal items had been moved

The hotel is okay overall. LOCATION IS GREAT. If you don’t expect too much, you won’t be disappointed. It’s clean and the bed is comfortable. However, the front desk was not helpful. I asked where the nearest metro station was, and they said they didn’t know—even though it’s only two blocks away and they had a computer right in front of them. Also, be aware that there is no elevator.

LOGEMENT À FUIR SI VOUS NE VOULEZ PAS COHABITER AVEC DES SOURIS! J’ai passé le pire séjour de toute ma vie dans cet hôtel. Parait très propre au premier abord, mais le soir, nous nous sommes vite rendu compte que nous n’étions pas seuls. 4 souris dans un logement d’approximativement 15m2. Le personnel même pas désolé, n’a pas l’air étonné de la situation. Aucune solution n’a été proposée si ce n’est que de quitter les lieux à 2h du matin sous -5 degrés. Une expérience traumatisante enlevant toute la magie de Noël de New York.

The room was very comfortable. Large bed. Had a safe deposit box and a fridge. Perfect for someone who was out the whole day. The hotel is well located. 2 to 3 mins away from every Broadway theater. The staff, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Have recommended this reasonably priced hotel to all my friends

The room was very small but nice. There is no elevator, but that is fine with me. The mini split unit didnt seem to work, but I’m typically warm so I opened the window as it was cold outside. The biggest issue was there was a creaking noise near my room, like maybe the hallway traffics? I was not able to get to sleep until 1am.

Attention à respecter la tranquillité des voyageurs ( femme de ménage qui claque les portent 10 fois d’affilée et qui parle fort dans les couloirs, le fait devoir tous demander papier toilettes vider les poubelles , changement de serviettes quand on reste une semaine c’est pas pratique , la douche la vitre ne descend pas jusqu’en bas on en met partout , on ne peut pas régler la tempe

My only complaint was the stairs. My fault...I didn't read everything about the hotel. Senior should stay on the lowest floor. Very comfortable bed, well located, good bathroom, don't expect a lot of room.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are tiny and not soundproofed. Totally sufficient if mostly out and about, and if walking stairs works. We saved lots of money compared to nearby options, a good deal if fancy accommodations are not needed.
