Please be aware that parking is first come first serve and is limited. Also be aware that the host only provide one key fob that is needed to access building, elavators and is needed to lock your door. If you are traveling with a large group this is a huge problem. The actual living space was good, clean and spacious, but surroundings felt unsafe. There were homeless and prostitutes coming in the building. Marijuana smell in elevators and hallways. Not appropriate if traveling with children.

The listing shows a pic with a TV in the bedroom but once I arrived it didn't have one. You have to watch TV in the living room instead of in the bed. It's weird because all the handles on the doors are broken, from the closets in your hotel room to the doors in the stairwells. Idk just strange. This is the ATL location

They send a few emails about the checkin process and the property rules. Unfortunately, those ended up in spam, so I had no idea how to checkin until I got to the property. Make sure you check your spam! Other than that, EVERYTHING was great. This is definitely my preferred stay anytime I’m in Atlanta! It was perfect!

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and bright. Parking was confusing (even with the very helpful video explaining how to retrieve the room key). Make sure you find the QR code to pay for parking. There are no signs on the right side of garage that state it’s paid parking. Only negative about the apartment is that there are no additional safety locks after entering the apartment. Someone was knocking on the door at 3am and trying to open the door. I would have felt more comfortable (and probably would have gone back to sleep) if there were additional safety locks.

The room was great, and it was so nice to have the laundry and full kitchen available. Parking was easy though spots are limited, and paying for parking was also easy. The apartment was spacious for three, and very comfortable. Would happily stay here again!
