Ingen Reception. Modtog ingen kode via email. Deres indtjeknings app havde fejl så indtjekning ikke er mulig på Iphone. Fik hjælp til indtjekning efter 4 timer, efter midnat.

This was a very nice rental. Everything about the room was nice. It was exactly as described. My only concern was the loud Uber drivers outside the window, which was not the fault of the hotel but I didn't know how to call the police about it. We did ask for more coffee but they didn't give us enough for our stay of 10 days. We asked for more dishwasher detergent but they didn't give us that either. I would stay there again despite these things. Is I had known the coffee was limited earlier I would have bought our own.

The place is centrally located yet quiet. Nicely furnished, very spacious and clean. No air conditioner so it was hot at 90 degrees. A fan was provided, but very noisy. The patio door from the bedroom was broken and could not be closed or locked. We were locked out on the second day due to keyless entry pad that ran out of batteries. There is no on site person, so we had to call the remote management (an international call for US phones) to get someone to change the batteries which took a couple of hours, a very frustrating experience. However, you cannot beat the location.

I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about it in the AGB or anywhere else. Besides, if they assume, the child is sleeping in the parents bed, why can‘t I book the Double with one Child? I had to prepare the sofabed myself. Concerning the parking situation, we bought a week pass for the „APCOA“ parking within the Roter Turm Galerie which is quite close and was only 40€ per week.
