From arriving earlier than expected and being giving a room much earlier than the official check-in time to the fantastic friendly service, the First Grand hotel is first in more than it's name.

Great new facilities, wonderful staff everybody is smiling. Only bad experience was in hotel restaurant. First night was great meal and second night when chef was not in the kitchen, i had a terrible experience with the food. Hope they will take more care of the restaurant

8/10 非常好

Very low shower water pressure… couldn’t shower comfortably… also water temperature is too cold…most unpleasant shower experience overall. The bed was sunken in the usual spots so I had to sleep in areas that weren’t over-slept on…tv didn’t have more than one English Channel… won’t be back

My recent two-night stay at the First Grand Hotel Dammam was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient for my visit, and the outstanding level of service truly set it apart. The entire team, from the front office to housekeeping, demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and efficiency. The front office staff provided a warm welcome and ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. A special note of appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their meticulous work. I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the public areas to my room. A particular thank you to Manish, whose attention to detail and dedication were truly outstanding. The combination of a well-maintained property, a strategic location, and a dedicated, professional staff makes the First Grand Hotel Dammam a true gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
