Theoretically, this was a nice room in the second floor overlooking the back of the property. It was very quiet and spacious. The bathroom was clean and kitchen facilities were simple but acceptable (no microwave as shown on some photos). However, while booking the room it was not clear that you have to order dishes, cooking pots and cutlery in order to use the kitchen, which was 26 Euros extra. The room lacked some very basic amenities, such as any hangers for towels in the bathroom or outside. The only hanging facility was the toilet roll holder. The location was excellent, in close proximity to an underground station (150 m) and a shopping mall (200 m) with supermarkets, restaurants and a large variety of shops.

Positive was that it was walking distance to where we had to be. It was clean, the bed sheets and towels were provided. In our room, ground floor, the blinds didn't work, the curtain covered only 3/4 of the windows. It also had a bad smell. Otherwise it was good.

The location is good and closer to the city center, but the room and bathroom were not clean, especially for people with dust allergies. In the pictures, the room appeared to have a kitchen/cooking facility, but in reality, it was not available. Only the room matched the pictures correctly.

It's difficult to rate this more than 2 stars. The property was fine, but the room had a strong, unpleasant smell constantly. There was no utensils or crockery at all in the apartment, it costs extra for everything. The property is advertised as having parking included, which is the only reason I booked the place. However, on asking via email as requested by the messages sent via hotels.com, I asked where the area of free parking was prior to our arrival, and I was informed that the roads around the property were free parking. On arrival, this turned out to be completely false, the street outside the front door was €11 per day, and the other streets around were permit parking. I again messaged the company via email, as they had requested, asking for clarification as to where this supposed "free parking" was, and they never responded again for the duration of the stay. Despite stating they offer 24/7 assistance. I begrudgingly had to pay €11 per day for parking at what was advertised as a property with free parking included. I wouldn't stay here again, more for the dishonesty and the company ignoring me when asking for clarification.

ich hatte wohl ein Zimmer der untersten Kategorie für rund 98€ für 3 Übernachtungen. Hab die "kleinere Rechnung" allerdings erst mit der Buchungsbestätigung bekommen und mir nix weiter dabei gedacht (evtl. ohne MwSt) Nach der Abreise bekam ich die "kleine Rechnung" erneut für meine Untgerlagen. Auf Rückfrage hab ich ohne Erläuterung zu der Differenz nochmal die gleiche Rechnung mit 98€ bekommen. Warum ich rund 20€ mehr bezahlen musste weiß ich immer noch nicht. Zimmer 301 ist bei den vielen Fotos (manche wohl mehrfach) nicht dabei. Kann ich verstehen. Größe schätze ich mal auf 3,5 * 1,5 Meter - Deshalb wohl mit 32€/Tag der eigentliche Preis. Annehmlichkeiten kann ich nicht beurteilen, ich weiß nicht was damit gemeint ist - evtl. das kostenlose WLAN - das war ok - ansonsten 1 Plastik und 1 Pappbecher (verstaubt) macht aber nix, hatte ein Glas mit. 1 Handtuch für die ganze Zeit - lustig - hatte ich aber auch welche mit. 1 Rolle Klopapier - hat gepasst Kühlschrank war recht laut und machte Geräusche, die ich von einem Kühlschrank noch nie gehört habe. Schön wäre noch, wenn ich den wahren Grund der Rechnungsdifferenz wüsste.

Room was very basic, but also spacious and had things that would be needed for a stay. There was kettle, fridge and small stove. But fridge was making a lot of noises. Beds were comfortable, but they are too heavy to push together, so we had to sleep in separate beds. There were towels provided, but one of them had stains. Room was facing busy street and there is a hospital nearby so you could often hear ambulance rushing. It was quite close to underground and also a shopping mall.
