Costumer service is excellent, the ladies in the front desk Chiara and Sophie so helpful and accomodating they help us to book tour and transport they make-our stay so pleasant.The foods are excellent the hotel is close to all ammenities and very close to the famous Hanoi train street. Four nights in Hanoi and we kept missing the trains on Train Street so we stayed one last night here at Sky Charm which is close to Train Street. Updated older hotel with quality bedding on a standard firm mattress in an area with lots to see and do.

The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner runs smoothly and the space is quiet at night. Great location, just a few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and the train street. I really like the breakfast buffet here - with pho, eggs and bread. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable compared to the central area. If you want a simple, clean, central place to stay - Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is a good choice.

Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is an ideal choice when you want to explore Hanoi Old Quarter. I like the modern space, clean and fragrant room. The staff is enthusiastic, check-in is quick, help me bring my luggage to the room. The location is close to many famous restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. Breakfast is not too diverse but the quality is quite good. With a mid-range price, I think this is a very worthwhile choice to experience when coming to Hanoi.

The hotel is located right in the center of the Old Quarter, a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. The room is clean, modern equipment, comfortable bed. The staff is extremely friendly, enthusiastic support from check-in to taxi booking. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, with both Vietnamese and Western dishes. Overall it is worth it. I will come back if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi again.

I liked the that there are many food options around the area and really nice staff members. The only inconvenience was that the tub was not against the wall so when you took a shower water would go behind the tub and get the whole bathroom floor wet.

The room though small was ideal as a solo traveller The staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to assist me There is no car access to the hotel but the staff are there to assist with luggage etc. The choice of breakfast is wonderful for a dmall hotel, the only drawback is the small dining area. Gteat access to train street and there are so many dining options on the mall outside it wil satisfy anyone's culinary needs
