酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。 酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。

Hotel is perfectly located if you’re taking a cruise. Rooms are clean and very comfortable! BUT, the staff are AMAZING! I mean just lovely, so helpful and kind. They are the best reason to stay here. Also the pub, restaurant in the lobby is fantastic! Definitely a big thumbs up 👍

A great hotel for a pre-cruise night. The room was a nice size, bathroom was great, the air conditioning was the quietest we’ve ever had, breakfast had a great selection. They offered gluten free toast. Location was great, close to a large mall with many restaurants and close to the cruise port. Would book here again for our next cruise.

All the staff were great, but Sue and Jenna, in particular, were incredibly kind, helpful and professional. Sue helped with taxi service and my luggage. She took a genuine interest in my stay in Southampton. She helped to make my experience there the best it could be. She is a treasure.

Great spot to stay with a family before a flight out of Heathrow. My kids enjoyed the pool (£5 fee per person) and the room was comfortable for all of us.
