Nous avons eu la chambre pour personne en fauteuil. La salle de bain n'est pas pratique avec un lavabo trop bas et une douche qui ne donne pas envie. Il n'y avait pas de serviette pour 2 personnes. Il y avait aussi une odeur très présente dans la chambre qui ressemblait à celle de l'hôpital. Je fais le commentaire car j'ai vu la personne à l'accueil qui a très bien compris la situation et qui nous a fait qu'il revenait vers nous, on ne l'a jamais revu. Pour les serviettes je le suis directement adressé à une femme de service. J'ai trouvé que nous n'étions pas considéré par le ersonnel de l'accueil.
